Honda's new ASIMO

Honda put the newest model of the bipedal locomotion robot "ASIMO" open to the public for the first time in four years.
The new ASIMO can run very quickly. He can walk on an uneven way, and also jump on one leg and both legs which were not made until now. And by having made 6kg of weight light, the speed he runs was also markedly boiled from 6 km/h to 9 km/h.
Furthermore, he can receive and recognize each order simultaneously from three persons. And he can open the lid of a pot using the hand, and pour it into a glass.
Moreover, he can walk avoiding moving people, kick soccer balls, and operate sign language. Activity is expected in various scenes where new ASIMO will coexist with human, such as a receptionist, or guidance in an office from now on.
